Yes, all YSIO; products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.

Yes, get in touch with us and we'll do our best to accommodate scent requests.

How do reed diffusers work?

Reed diffusers use natural fibre reeds to absorb and disperse fragrance into the air over time.

Do diffusers come with reeds?

Yes, all diffusers include 5–6 grey fibre reeds.

How long do reed diffusers last?

50ml: up to 6 months | 100ml: up to 12 months.

How to use rollerballs?

Apply to pulse points — wrists, neck, and behind the ears — as needed throughout the day.

How do you package products?

Candles and reed diffusers are gift boxed in a white box with a teal YSIO; ribbon.

Why choose pure soy?

Pure soy wax is clean-burning, long-lasting, and eco-friendly — perfect for our handmade candles.

Why wood wicks?

Wood wicks create a beautiful crackling sound and an even, clean burn.

How long do candles burn?

Small 9cl: 12–15hrs | Regular 30cl: 60hrs | Large 50cl 3-wick: 110hrs.
